Deine Aufgaben

Als AI Platform Engineer hast du Erfahrung mit Docker / Kubernetes und Spaß an der Entwicklung verteilter Systeme. Als Teil unseres Teams aus Infrastrukturexperten entwickelst du moderne KI- und Datenplattformen zur Lösung von Problemen aus der Praxis:

Du entwickelst und automatisierst eine Kubernetes-basierte Data-Science-Plattform als Teil eines agilen Teams.
Du arbeitest am gesamten Lebenszyklus der Plattform: Von Konzept, der Entwicklung, dem Testen, der Bereitstellung bis hin zur Dokumentation
Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Entwicklung von Plattformmodulen von der Konzeption bis zum Produktionseinsatz
Du präsentierst deine Ergebnisse in Meetings mit unseren Kunden (meistens online) und unterstützt sie dabei, unsere Plattform effektiv zu nutzen.

Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit in einem Team, das moderne KI-Lösungen entwickelt
Du denkst lösungsorientiert und gehst analytisch und strukturiert an Probleme heran
Dank deiner Motivation und Selbstdisziplin erreichst du eine hohe Produktivität, lieferst termingerecht Ergebnisse in guter Qualität und motivierst andere Teammitglieder
Durch kontinuierliche Selbstkritik verbesserst du iterativ deine eigenen Qualitätsstandards

Du hast einen Master-Abschluss in Informatik oder einer anderen quantitativen Fachrichtung
Du hast 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung und hast schon Container-basierte Produkte in Produktion gebracht
Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit einigen Teilen unseres Tech-Stacks:
- Python und Bash (oder mindestens eine andere Sprache)
- Kubernetes, Helm, Kustomize, ArgoCD
- Kubeflow, MLflow
- Ansible, CI/CD (Gitlab, Github)
- Cloud Computing (GCP, Azure)
und mit diesen Software Engineering Aufgaben
- Schreiben von wartbarem Code
- Unit- und Integrationstests
- Softwarepaketierung und Containerisierung
- Dokumentation

Your tasks

As an AI Platform Engineer, you are experienced with Docker / Kubernetes and you enjoy developing distributed systems. As part of our infrastructure expert team, you will develop modern AI and data platform solutions to solve real-world problems:

You will develop and automate a Kubernetes-based data science platform as part of an agile team
You will work on the full lifecycle from concept, development, testing, deployment to documentation
You take responsibility for development of platform modules from conception to production deployment
You present your work in (mostly online) meetings with our customers and support them to use our platform effectively

Your profile

You enjoy working in a team developing modern AI solutions
You think in a solution-oriented way and approach problems in an analytical and structured way
Thanks to your motivation and self-discipline, you achieve high productivity, deliver good quality results in time and motivate other team members
Through continuous self-criticism, you iteratively improve your own quality standards

You have a master’s degree in computer science or another quantitative field of study
You have 2+ years of job experience and have successfully brought container-based products into production
You already have experience with some parts of our tech stack:
- Python and Bash (or at least one other language)
- Kubernetes, Helm, Kustomize, ArgoCD
- Kubeflow, MLflow
- Ansible, CI/CD (Gitlab, Github)
- Cloud Computing (GCP, Azure)
and with these Software Engineering tasks
- Writing maintainable code
- Unit- and integration testing
- Software packaging and containerization
