Deine Aufgaben

Als Full-Stack Entwickler:in gestaltest du innovative Softwarelösungen von der Benutzeroberfläche bis zur Datenbankebene. Du bist mit modernen Web-Technologien vertraut und entwickelst skalierbare Anwendungen. Du arbeitest direkt mit Kund:innen verschiedener Professionen (z.B. aus der Baubranche) zusammen, verstehst ihre Probleme und übersetzt diese in durchdachte technische Lösungen.

Frontend & Backend: Du entwickelst Frontend- und Backend-Komponenten für webbasierte Anwendungen
Kundenarbeit: Du arbeitest direkt mit Kund:innen, analysierst Anforderungen und konzipierst Lösungen
Datenbanken: Du entwirfst Datenbankstrukturen und optimierst Queries für Performance
APIs: Du baust RESTful APIs und integrierst externe Dienste
Mentoring: Du mentorst Teammitglieder, führst Code Reviews durch und förderst Best Practices
Risikomanagement: Du erkennst technische Risiken frühzeitig und sprichst sie an
Coding-Assistenten: Du entwickelst, testest und dokumentierst unter intensivster Nutzung von LLM-basierten Coding-Assistenten
End-to-End: Du bist von der Konzeptionierung bis zur Inbetriebnahme an der Entwicklung beteiligt

Dein Profil

Du hast einen sehr guten Abschluss in Informatik oder einen vergleichbaren Hintergrund
Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Full-Stack Entwicklung
Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in modernen UI-Frameworks, vorzugsweise Angular, alternativ React oder Vue
Du hast Backend-Erfahrung mit Node.js und Frameworks wie NestJS
Du hast sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse, lebst die Best Practices und hast bereits erfolgreich Softwareprojekte mit TypeScript und Python in die Produktion gebracht
Du holst das Maximum aus LLM-basierten Coding-Assistenten heraus: parallele Sessions, MCP-Tools, Agent.md, Workflow-Automatisierung – und suchst ständig nach Wegen, noch produktiver zu werden
Du hast Erfahrung mit Datenbanken, insbesondere MongoDB
Du hast ein Auge für sauberen Code und gute User Experience
Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität und packst an statt zu diskutieren
Du hast Freude daran, andere zu fördern und dein Wissen weiterzugeben
Du arbeitest gerne im Team und kannst effektiv mit Personen unterschiedlicher Profession (technisch und nicht-technisch) kommunizieren

Your tasks

As a Full Stack Engineer, you shape innovative software solutions from the user interface to the database layer. You are familiar with modern web technologies and develop scalable applications. You work directly with clients from various professions (e.g., from the construction industry), understand their problems, and translate them into well-thought-out technical solutions.

Frontend & Backend: You develop frontend and backend components for web-based applications
Client Work: You work directly with clients, analyze requirements, and design solutions
Databases: You design database structures and optimize queries for performance
APIs: You build RESTful APIs and integrate external services
Mentoring: You mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices
Risk Management: You identify technical risks early and raise them
Coding Assistants: You develop, test, and document making the most intensive use of LLM-based coding assistants
End-to-End: You are involved in the development from conception to deployment

Your profile

You hold an excellent degree in Computer Science or have a comparable background
You have several years of experience in full-stack development
You have solid knowledge of modern UI frameworks, preferably Angular, alternatively React or Vue
You have backend experience with Node.js and frameworks such as NestJS
You have excellent programming skills, live by best practices, and have successfully shipped software projects with TypeScript and Python to production
You get the maximum out of LLM-based coding assistants: parallel sessions, MCP tools, Agent.md, workflow automation – and you are constantly looking for ways to become even more productive
You have experience with databases, especially MongoDB
You have an eye for clean code and good user experience
You have a hands-on mentality and prefer action over discussion
You enjoy mentoring others and sharing your knowledge
You enjoy working in a team and can communicate effectively with people of different professions (technical and non-technical)
You have excellent German language skills
You have a strong sense of responsibility and identify risks early on
Through your motivation and self-discipline, you achieve a high quality standard, deliver results on time, and motivate other team members
