As an AI Engineer, you build the platform that brings AI agents into companies. Every day, you work on the question of how AI agents can create real business value and turn those answers into product features. Your playground: state-of-the-art technologies such as Computer Use, Browser Use, MCP, and tool integrations that turn language models into action-oriented digital employees.
- Agent Platform: You develop and shape the platform on which companies create and run their AI agents, from simple assistants to autonomous digital employees that act across multiple steps, systems, and data sources
- State-of-the-Art Agent Technologies: You evaluate, integrate, and develop the latest approaches in Agentic AI, including Computer Use, Browser Use, MCP, tool calling, and multi-agent architectures
- Tool Integrations: You build the bridge between AI and the real working world through integrations with SharePoint, Outlook, Confluence, Teams, and other enterprise systems that enable agents to take action
- LLMs & Models: You orchestrate state-of-the-art language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, open source) and optimize their use through prompting, RAG, and smart model selection
- Coding Assistants: You develop, test, and document while making the most intensive use of LLM-based coding assistants
- End-to-End: You take responsibility across the full development lifecycle in a small, high-impact team with short decision paths and direct influence on the product
