Deine Aufgaben

Als Software Engineer Telefonie bist du für die Umsetzung der Telefoniekomponenten der botario-Plattform verantwortlich. Du entwickelst neue Features für das botario Telefonmodul und betreust Kundeninstanzen.

Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Telefonsysteme. Dabei arbeitest du mit Cloud-Services (Google, AWS, …) und Asterisk
Du entwickelst bei Bedarf die Anbindung an die Systemlandschaft der Kunden
Du betreust den laufenden Betrieb von Kundensystemen im Second-Level-Support für den Bereich Telefonie
Du entwickelst neue Konnektoren für externe Dienste, die an die Telefonie angebunden werden sollen

Dein Profil

Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
Du hast sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse in Python, dabei hast du bereits Erfahrungen im Bereich Multi Threading, Multiprozesssteuerung und parallele Datenverarbeitung
Du hast Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Docker und mit Cloud-Plattformen (AWS, Azure, …)
Du denkst lösungsorientiert und gehst dabei Probleme analytisch und strukturiert an
Du arbeitest gerne im Team und mit agilen Methoden
Du hast im Idealfall bereits Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung

Your tasks

As a Software Engineer Phone you are responsible for the implementation of the telephony components of the botario platform. You develop new features for the botario telephone module and support customer instances.

You support the further development of our telephony systems. In doing so, you work with cloud services (Google, AWS, ...) and Asterisk.
You develop the connection to the environment of the customers if required
You take care of the ongoing operation of customer systems in second level support for the telephony area
You develop new connectors for external telephony related services

Your profile

A successfully completed university degree or a comparable education
You have very good programming skills in Python, with previous experience in multi-threading, multi-process control and parallel computing
You have experience working with Docker and with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, ...)
You think in a solution-oriented way and approach problems in an analytical and structured way
You like to work in a team and with agile methods
Ideally, you already have professional experience in software development
