Deine Aufgaben

Als Technical Project Manager sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Kund:innen mit der lector.ai Plattform erfolgreich Dokumente verarbeiten können. Als erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kund:innen kommunizierst du ihre Wünsche, Erwartungen und Änderungen mit dem Team und arbeitest aktiv an der Lösungsfindung mit. Dabei hast du die Übersicht über alle Abläufe und behältst das Projektziel stets im Blick.

Du bist verantwortlich für den Erfolg und die Zufriedenheit unserer Kund:innen mit lector.ai
Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die termin-, qualitäts- sowie kostengerechte Abwicklung der Projekte
Du baust eine Kundenbeziehung auf, hast Umgang mit Kundenvertreter:innen und bist während der gesamten Projektentwicklung der oder die zentrale Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kund:innen
Du erarbeitest mit unseren KI-Expert:innen und Entwicklern kundenspezifische Lösungen und integrierst sie in unsere Plattform
Du hast kreative Ideen und bist an der Lösungsfindung maßgeblich beteiligt
Du betreust den Betrieb der Software

Dein Profil

Du hast einen Masterabschluss, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Informatik oder Wirtschaft
Du hast eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten stets die Übersicht
Du hast Erfahrung mit Software Projekten und agiler Entwicklung
Du denkst lösungsorientiert und gehst dabei Probleme analytisch und strukturiert an
Du kannst Teams gut koordinieren und hast Erfahrung mit agilen Projektmanagement
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
Du hast Hintergrundwissen im Bereich künstliche Intelligenz und Machine Learning oder alternativ hohes Interesse an diesem Thema
Du hast Erfahrung im Betrieb und Monitoring von Software per Docker oder Kubernetes

Your tasks

As a technical project manager, you ensure that our customers can successfully process documents with the lector.ai platform. As the first point of contact for the customer, you communicate their wishes, expectations and changes back to the team and actively work on finding a solution. You have an overview of all ongoing processes and always keep an eye on the project goal.

You are responsible for the success and satisfaction of our customers with lector.ai
You assume responsibility for the timely and cost-effective completion, as well as high quality of the delivered projects
You build customer relationships, deal with customer representatives and are the central point of contact for our customers throughout the project
You will work with our AI experts and developers to build customer-specific solutions and integrate them into our existing platform
You have creative ideas and are significantly involved in finding solutions
You take care of the operation of the software at the customer

Your profile

You have a master's degree in computer science or comparable training in the IT environment
You have in-depth knowledge and experience in frontend development (Typescript, Angular, GraphQL, RXJS, ...) and are interested in the latest technologies in web development
You are familiar with backend development (GraphQL, REST, Microservices, MongoDB, Kafka, nodejs/nestjs)
You enjoy working in a team and can communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds (technical and non-technical)
You have experience with agile development (SCRUM, SAFe Agile or similar)
You are fluent in German (at least C1).
